Return and Refund Policy

I’ve changed my mind
If you've changed your mind and need to return an item(s), you have 60 days from the date of collection or from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

Your item(s) needs to be:

• Unused and with all original components
• In its original packaging
• In a resalable condition
• With any free items that came with the product

Please note that you are responsible for paying the return shipping cost. If you are in the UK our customer service team can arrange to have a returns label generated for you and the cost will be deducted from your refund. This will be agreed beforehand in writing through our customer service email system. 

Once the item has been received and checked we will issue the refund. Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid by card, it can take up to 5 working days to appear back in your account; with PayPal, refunds can take up to 30 days.

 

The product is faulty
If the product is faulty please let our customer service team know within 60 days from the date of collection or from the date of delivery, they will then be able to arrange for either a refund, exchange or spare part to be sent out. 

 

How do I return my item(s)?
Contact our customer service team, they will give you instructions on how to best return your item to us or arrange for a return label for you to use.

 

When will I receive my refund?
