Assuming their substantial resources, even if dwindled by their recent "Ore War", I estimate that their Eastern coastal defences will be improved five-fold within the year and they could begin pushing into our colonial holdings within two. I urge you to act now, before it is too late. We must stop the Union in its tracks before it gains momentum."
